Customer asking for FMEA for our storage and Brocade switch, but can't find any info about that, can anyone help?

We have some demo senarios for instance in GAD failure, where we show in a video the effect of losing say a storage system, switch, paths ect. Do you have specific scenarios in mind or are you looking for more of an architectural failure guide per system?

they request to fill these three columns:
Failure Analysis , Risk Analysis , Optimization ,
It looks like it's tied into their business impact, and how they as a company would like to handle it. Not sure it's something we can help with in a public forum.
