Hello, im using bi server 8.2 and mysql database. Hi,

Some tips:

- Check the return from the dashboard CDA with the same parameters (you can see that on the browser developer tools network tab);

- Check the console (developer tools) for js errors;

- Check catalina.out;

Also, you can and should post all that info with your question...
