I am trying to unmap resource using CCI. I am getting error " raidcom: [EX_EPPERM] Permission denied with the privilege ". I am able to use create,modify and other commands on same array. On side note I am using IP in horcm file instead of command device. I have checked permissions to username and I have permissions to work on all resource groups. Any suggestions?

Can you provide a screen grab of the raidcom user ?
User has to be a global admin and not just a storage admin.
Hi Vinod, I am accessing raidcom as domain user where Horcm file is located in. This was working until couple of weeks ago. I am still able to perform all other commands except unmap/map resource.
Make sure the svc.hcs user account also has "Storage Administrator View/Modify" and "Support Personnel" then retry. "Administrator" only allows creation of users and changing passwords.
