 Getting error when trying to convert Shared to Team Folder.

When trying to convert a Shared Folder to a Team Folder I get an error and could use some help in understanding what it means.

UPDATE: This error is caused by the e-mail address not being set in the AD Account configuration.

 

HOWEVER: even though the error does not happen, it does not convert the Shared folder to a Team Folder. So there is still an issue. I do have the Profile that this account uses configured. See attached.

And the Answer is!! The AD account information must have an e-mail address filled in. Then you MUST clear the AD cache. Once this was done, logged back in as that user and all is well.
