Hard to tell what is going on without a stack trace which you should get when the workflow halts. Also if you can export the workflow into a bundle and attach it here I will try to import it and take a look on my system.

I cannot import your bundle because it has a Document Security stage which is referencing an Active Directory group (UgDEDA1_HCI_Users) which of course I don't have. I also do not have any sample data that you are using. I did notice that you have a Content Class and a CC Extraction stage which relies on HCP's custom metadata stream. If you can email me a sample file (jon.chinitz@hitachivantara.com) I will try to test with it (I will try to splice out the Doc Security stage and see if the import succeeds).
