 CDE Dashboard editor does not open files.

I have the following problem with the CDE Dashboard Editor:

  1. Start a file from scratch.
  2. I apply a template.
  3. I preview and it looks exactly like the template.
  4. pastedimage_0
  5. I save the file.
  6. When I open the Dashboard, I see the following error:

pastedimage_8

PS: Also note that the option to edit does not appear in the file browser.

 

What could be failing?

Hi Matias,

Probably when you save the dashboard it is saving it as a require dashboard and the template is not require.

To enable CDE and be able to edit dashboards just follow the instructions in https://help.pentaho.com/Documentation/6.1/0R0/CTools/Activate_CDE
