You can get it quite easily using Analyzer/Analyzer Detailed view rest api.

Easiest is just to open browser tools, on your browser. Hit refresh on one of the graphs. You'll see the rest api query as well as the response it typically provides.

For historical data, use Performance Monitor in Storage Navigator. You may also use the Gx00's performance export tool to output CSVs of this data. Reach out to your CE to see if they can set up the performance export tool in your environment. Note, the historical data goes back up to 6 months and uses 15 minute averages for each data point; so you some granularity.
