In the HNAS the following warning is permantely logged:
Failed to get log cloud-gateway-stats from PAPI
Has anybody an idea why this happens and how to get rid of it? Or shall we open a SR?

Please always open an SR for something like this and attach the entire NAS diagnostics. Hopefully the Unit is on HiTrack and the diags are already loaded to help expedite analysis. There are numerous items that fit under the umbrella of that event, so it is best to try and understand what they are. The net result could be an open defect because the surrounding circumstance is a minor annoyance, an item fixed in a newer release or potentially a new defect.

I will open a SR for my customer.
was in fact a defect (D136069), that has been fixed with code level 13.4.5114.00.
We changed the reporting level from warning to informational and everything is fine again. Thx again for your help and hint.
