Hi All,

I am trying to connect to SalesForce from Peataho 6.0.

After giving all the details in SalesForce_Input, I am getting the below error

"javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure"

Can you please help me with this ?

Hello Nilesh Purohit

I've shared your question with the Pentaho space as well to get same added visibility.

The error starts with an indication that there is an authentication failure.  Starting with the basics, have you confirmed that the username/password is correct, the service is reachable and that the SSL certificate is valid?

Hi Roguen Keller,

Yes user/pwd are correct. I am able to connect successfully when connecting from my lappy but when i try the same from ETL server i am getting this error. May be there is a connectivity issue from server to salesforce and i am working on it.
