In our remote data center, we sent our data center team to locate the serial number (expected = 206xx) on the new VSP 1000 array. However, they can't locate it. Can anyone advise where it is physically located on the array please? A review of documentation doesn't provide any obvious clues.

If you look at the figure here. It should be between item 1&3, IE the blank space between the Contoller Panel and the MPB's.

In the G1000 manual its called a name plate instead of Serial No, but the Serial No is located on the name plate.
