 HUS110 to HUS150 Migration Possibilities

Hello All,

Could you please let me know if I could perform the data migration from HUS110 to HUS150 as we are planning to poweroff HUS110 and use HUS150 instead.

If the volume migration is possible then should I plan the migration with truecopy replication? Any leads will be helpful

Hi,

UVM is not possible on HUSxxx systems - for using this, you need a VSP( all models ) or USPV.

I would do a Truecopy from HUS110 to HUS150, to move all data. Then you need an offline window to Split all Volumes, activate the new zoning ( all servers point to the HUS150 - be sure that all Zones to the HUS110 are disabled ) and start the servers on the HUS150 - one at a time...
