Kindly help us understand if there is any specific file that we need to configure to avoid this error. We have ensured to keep the UDM:RApppasword and UDM:Config with correct server name and password.

It seems that ARPentahoPlugin is a plugin built by BMC Software; maybe they provide a forum where your question can be better answered.

In the meantime, check their troubleshooting page.

I did engage BMC for the same, but they mentioned Pentaho is 3rd party tool integrated with BMC products and we reach out to the community.
