In a few of my reports, neighbouring rows are overlapping and row bands have the same colour. You can see this on the attached image. First row and second have a strange spacing between them (except one column) and rows 2 and 3 are fine. This is very problematic since colour supposed to indicate a new row.
HINT: This problem appears when option Avoid-page-breaking has value False
All of the reports were created using Report Designer Wizard.
The row banding settings are as follow:
- Visible color : Automatic
- Invisible color : Automatic
- Element: detailrows
- State on new group: Visible
- State on new page: Visible
Do you have any idea how to deal with it?
Tested software versions: 7.1, 8.0, 8.1
Effect easily reproducible when one of the columns holds a large amount of text.
