No, Value field does not take/resolve the parameter in Data Grid and it takes the value literally (Parameter name as data)
One way is to get the parameter separately using another step (like get variable or UDJE) and merge with your data grid results.
From the screenshot, it appears them in sequence - If so, ensure the order is maintained/re-arranged as required.
Variable or named parameter can only be applicable for fields where there variable icon (blue diamond with $ inside) is indicated.
