Hitachi Content Platform​

Hello,

RNs for v1.6.1 indicate that an update from v1.3.0 to any later version has been qualified. Assumed all pre-requisites from a Docker version perspective (API v1.26+) are also satisfied. Are there any other things to be kept in mind or we should take care about, when we want to update from HCI v1.3.1 to HCI v1.6.1? I mean in particular,

a) will a package backup

b) will a bundle export

taken from v1.3.1 be 100% compatible with v1.6.1 and could be re-used in a new install of v1.6.1 if this would be required for whatever reasons? "Whatever reasons" could be any error can occur during the update process which makes the old version unusable and the new version would not be finished.

HCI runs on SUSE ES 12 SP4 in full production mode.

Any other warnings or good hints?
