we have some problems with the messaging of our HCP Platforms, in situation of an error handling.
We have until now several cases on our platforms with the HCP under v9.7.1-13 and Hitrack 9.7,
that in case of a disk failure no SNMP mesage will be sent to HDS. So we must opern cases by hand, and that
costs us lot of time, because what the support will first have is LOG-Files, LOG-Files, and again LOG-Files.
In case of an broken disk, that makes no sense for us. WE always were transfer Gigabytes of LOGs.
So hay anyone the same problem, or something similar, or knows, why the SNMP Error handlngs don't cover longer
disk failures.
