Accident Exchange Drives Data Compliance and Customer Service

Managing large quantities of data is part of Accident Exchange (part of AIS Group) business.  An insurance claim can result in multiple pieces of data in many different formats, ultimately result in millions of pieces of claim evidence for the company and their agents to sort through.


Regulations and insurance protocols mean that Accident Exchange needs to keep verifiable records that ideally cannot be deleted or altered, as they might be used in litigation later.  Regulation also requires Accident Exchange to retain data for certain time, and then delete on retention expiry.
