Seeking for your assistance how i can setup Protector on Hitachi Ops Center Administrator i got this error.

Hi Patrick,

Please use the port number 20964 instead of the port 443, during installation of the Protector you have probably used the port number 20964, if so then that port should only be used during registration of Protector from the Administrator. Thanks.

i already change the port but still got the same error, for account information i use sysadmin@opscenter and default password. did i use correct credentials?

Please use the port number 20964 instead of the port 443, during installation of the Protector you have probably used the port number 20964, if so then that port should only be used during registration of Protector from the Administrator. Thanks.

Your credentials are incorrect, please use root@master if you installed the Protector master in a linux system or used defaults ova, and password should be the password of the system where Protector master has been installed. If installed on in Windows system then use Administrator@master or Admin@master [as you set the user id to the server where protector master installed].

I can access the protector GUI using Hitachi Ops Center so no idea regarding on credentials but all i know Ops Center was setup using OVA. How can i know the default password for Protector 

Your credentials are incorrect, please use root@master if you installed the Protector master in a linux system or used defaults ova, and password should be the password of the system where Protector master has been installed. If installed on in Windows system then use Administrator@master or Admin@master [as you set the user id to the server where protector master installed].

Please login to your Ops Center VM as root user via SSH and password and use that same password while registering Protector from the Administrator.

Thanks, only root@master is only way to establish connection with administrator?  or we can use the credentials we set on ops center i check it both have same full access.
