    Dear Team., 
                    I am unable to connect the file repository on Pentaho: 9.3, it keeps on loading, And also ,I can't save new transformations and can't rename old transformations and jobs also. while clicking saves it's like freeze., Kindly give the solution to solve this issue ASAP.

    OS : Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS   |  64-bit
    keep on loading not connecting file repository
    save path

    Can you share your repositories.xml removing any sensitive data (if any)

    I think it is not normal that both are set as default
    <is_default>true</is_default>

    Can you please check that you have read/write permissions on both folders?
    • KTR_KJB_WORKOUTS
    • KTR_KJB

    I would rename repository.xml to repository.xml and create a new one from scratch in your /home/logesh/kettle_test as it looks like a permission problems

    I don't think it is a good practice putting  your code inside Pentaho's installation folder

    Create your folder outside the Pentaho installation folder and try from scratch from there

    Have you tried to reproduce it with other user? (to really start fresh)
    Which java version are you using?

    If you renamed the installation folder there is a chance that caching is the root cause
