Hi Team,   I have AI jobs run from cronjob on remedy AR servers and as per new security mandate its not allowed to have plain passwords. e.g. /5 * * * * /opt/remedy/ARSystem/diserver/data-integration/kitchen.sh -job=BulkJob -dir=/BulkCSVLoad -server=serverabc.abc.com -port=9013 -user=appadmin -pass=AppAdminPass123 ...

Thanks Sergio.   I did engage BMC for the same, but they mentioned Pentaho is 3rd party tool integrated with BMC products and we reach out to the community.   Thanks, Anesh

Kindly help us understand if there is any specific file that we need to configure to avoid this error. We have ensured to keep the UDM:RApppasword and UDM:Config with correct server name and password. #Pentaho
