Hi, Didier! Based on my experience I can say:   OPEN-V ldev (without CVS attribute) is created when creating Parity Groups only. You cannot create LUSE volume from mixed volumes: OPEN-V and OPEN-V CVS. Beginning from VSP G series LUSE is not supported and thus no difference between these volumes.
