Sergey, There are different methods available to reset the BMC to the factory defaults. One is via CLI, and reflashing the BMC firmware would be another option. I suggest opening a case with GSC so they can review the data and advise you accordingly. Thanks Golthier

Peter,  There are two ways you can reset the password.  Method 1 - via IPMI Method 2 - by reflashing the BMC firmware I suggest reaching out to Global Support Center so we can provide you with the exact steps. Thanks Golthier
