Hi Roguen Keller, Yes user/pwd are correct. I am able to connect successfully when connecting from my lappy but when i try the same from ETL server i am getting this error. May be there is a connectivity issue from server to salesforce and i am working on it.

Thank You Chris, Yes I tried with PDI 8.1 and it was able to connect to Salesforce API 43. PDI 7.0 until 8.0 use API version 37.0. PDI 8.1 and later versions use API version 41.0.
