1) HTNM "Agent Collector" is not created by running "jpcinssetup.exe agtn -inst".

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>jpcctrl list *NAS* host=PPWSAN01

Host Name      ServiceID          Service Name      PID      Port     Status

---------      ---------          -------------     -------- -------- --------

PPWSAN01       NS1HNAS_RPSHNAS01[PPWSAN01] Agent Store       10176    20321    Active

PPWSAN01       NS1HNAS_PPSHNAS01[PPWSAN01] Agent Store       6112     20323    Active

PPWSAN01       NS1PPSNAS02[PPWSAN01] Agent Store       23604    54386    Active

PPWSAN01       NA1HNAS_RPSHNAS01[PPWSAN01] Agent Collector   12744    20322    Active

PPWSAN01       NA1HNAS_PPSHNAS01[PPWSAN01] Agent Collector   13144    20324    Active

KAVE06003-I List processing of the service information terminated normally.

How do I create it?

2) The "Agent Store" instance which did get created cannot start;

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>jpcstart all

KAVE06007-I The service will now start. (service=Agent Store for NAS, inst=HNAS_PPSHNAS028)

KAVE05033-E A service could not start. (service=Agent Store for NAS, inst=HNAS_PPSHNAS028, rc=-5)

KAVE06007-I The service will now start. (service=Agent for NAS, inst=PPSNAS02)

KAVE05033-E A service could not start. (service=Agent for NAS, inst=PPSNAS02, rc=-5)

C:\Program Files (x86)\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>
