Does Hi-track create Service Request automatically?

Hello,

Hi-Track preinstalled on SVP for G400 array.

I add "Site Id" and "Customer"

and start Site Manager  and SVP Agent services.

Simple question.

Does Hi-track create Service Request automatically when HDD failed on array?

Or it just send e-mail and I should create Service Request manually?

 

I received mail from hi-track but can't find opened SR.
