can someone show me how to collect logs or data for me to check the part details of the faulty disk in Hitachi DF700-RKAJ
What are you hoping to find? You're not going to be able to get much outside of the errors already displayed on SNM and the Warning/Controller information of the web console without a trace analysis; which I'm not so sure GSC would do for a DF700 at this point (it's well past its EOSL). If you have error monitoring enabled with SNM Web Server, you might have an errlog.txt with some general error information. Regardless of what error details may be gathered from a trace, if the disk is faulty and/or logging errors, then in needs to be replaced.
If you're just looking for configuration details, you can export them to a text file in SNM by going to Tools>ConfigurationSettings>Constitute and output whatever information you may need.
**Stay away from the Input option on this screen.**
edit: if you do end up providing a simple trace for GSC, browse to one of the controllers by entering the IP in a web browser, then click the Simple Trace link on the left frame, click OK, wait for the trace to collect, then click download.
