Hello. I have two GAD volumes that do not show up in pair status or in a consistency group through the GUI's, but when I perform a pairdisplay on the CCI severs they are listed as in PAIR status and in the group. Any ideas why?
Thanks

Yes they're in the vsm....
Oddly enough, I unallocated a recent test volume and suddenly my two volumes in question are now showing their pair information in the GUIs. I'm not sure what happened but I'm going cross my fingers and try building some more GAD volumes to see if the issue returns.
Thanks for the help.
Never mind, they're back to before, the pair status is no longer visible from the GUI's. This is some really strange behavior, I'll probably have to open a support ticket.
Here's a screenshot after adding a test volume 3.
and another after checking in later after a refresh.
what the CCI servers see..
A problem we have with our command suite environment right now is our SSL is only half implemented, security cert isn't installed yet for the https address. Could that be an issue?
Was the pair relationship created via the GUI, or via CCI/raidcom? If it was done via CCI, does that pair management server have the Device Manager agent installed?
