We have a HSNM2 environment running fine for the past couple of years.
Today, When i try to login to HSNM2 GUI, i get the error " DMEG8F0003: The user ID or password is not correct."
When i check the SNM2 log it mentions an exception
"Login#callLogin() Exception occurred. Exception = com.hitachi.truenorth.HiCommand.Base.HttpClient.HSSO Unavailable DatabaseException: Database is not running."
I checked and confirmed that all services are running including SSO services of HSNM. Please advice what do i need to check and make this right.
