I've been thru some really odd steps based on the info on TUF and often find that I have to ask an HDS engineer to come on site and get a dump. I understand this can be done via. Hi-Track. Can this be done in a secure manner? What do I have to do?
Can you please suggest Hitrack-monitor is failed to upload files..
the following ports are opened in the firewall..
1) firewall allows SSL connections to port 443 from the Hi-Track Monitor machine to the internet.
1)The firewall should allow connections to port 21 (for non-SSL) or port 990 (SSL) from the Hi-Track Monitor workstation to the internet.
2)For passive FTP is selected, the port range of 50000 to 50024 will be used for the data connection - so the firewall should allow this range and also it must allow the selected option (either passive or active).
For HUS, AMS, WMS, SMS Storage
1)Access needed to port 2000 (by default) on the device.
2)For SNMP v3 devices or SNMP v1/2 devices (some fibre switch devices and some other devices) -Access needed to port 161 (by default) on the device.
make sure "autodump pooling configuration" configured properly then engineer can trigger autodump remotelyor you also can help them to upload it by accessing "Hitrack Autodump web interface" (https://localhost:4431)
if you already have caseID, just fill in
Please take note all settings required port 443 need to be open to ushtinet01.hds.com/ushtinet02.hds.com
