I'm trying to download the CLI tools and always end up with the following error message upon providing the access code.
Anybody else has this experience and a clue what is wrong?

Ecky, I just tested and am seeing the same behavior as you for the Admin and Search CLI's as well as the Plugin SDK downloads (the other downloads seem fine). I'll look into it and post an update.

I just checked -- they seem to be working for me just fine.
This seems to be an issue with HCP Anywhere related to authenticated AW users and public links. In my case the links worked when I logged into AW and then tried again. You may want to try that (although these public links should obviously work without being logged in, and they do for some).
I've notified the AW team about this and they are looking into it.
