We are trying to open Tuning manager from HiCommand Suite. But we are getting below error,
Your session is invalid.
Logout, and then login again.
Can someone please help me in above query?
This error message usually occurs when multiple products are using the same user/password for accessing the array. Create a separate user just for Tuning Manager, and use that. If that doesn't resolve your issue, please open a case with support.
