A red "X" appears in the icon for a mapped network drive

On computers than run windows 7 and 10 I have often a red "X" (cross) on mapped network drive from HNAS.

I've tried enabling the "Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon" policy, but this didn't help.

Is there a fix or this ?
