Currently I have a remote server that I can run the ssc.exe program and execute commands from for creating cif shares and users etc..
However, I need to get this working on another server in the same network but I keep getting .dll errors when I run the ssc.exe. The .dll is part of cygwin program which I installed on the remote server but still can't get it to work.
What I'm looking for is the steps to setup a remote server to run ssc.exe for cif share creation and user permissions. Thanks

The .ddl error message is most likely referring to the mingwm10.dll file which must be in the same directory as the ssc.exe file. You should be able to obtain this file from our FTP site under win32tools directory.
