I can't access to the pentaho marketplace. Attach my firefox log.
Can you please tell me which Pentaho version are you using? How did you install the marketplace?
Hello Joana Carvalho , well I'm not the owner of this issue and I'm new about this software, but I have the same problem.I want to use XML feeder into Pentaho 8.2.
Well, I downloaded 8.2 ce and missed XML input feeder. I learnt that I need the marketplace, because this is the dialog to install plugins. But I haven't an icon for marketplace. I learnt it should be: select Tools > Marketplace ... my PDI 8.2 runs on my windows 10. Do I need to be a developer to get plugins?
Thank you for you hint.
Please follow the following steps:
You should be able to see Marketplace on the dropdown.
well, I recognize on linux installations the marketplace is -out of the box available. On Linux the plugins are available. Maybe there are Windows 10 hidden system variables that doesn't consider this featuresBoot setting?
I updated featuresBoot at my path D:\MyBi\data-integration\system\karaf\etc
15.03.2019 15:14 2 796 org.apache.karaf.features.cfg according your hint:
# * it was only config,pentaho-client-minimal (CM 02 2019)
Thank you for your update!
I downloaded and installed Pentaho DI CE in a new folder such as D:\MyBI\pdi-ce-220.127.116.11-342\data-integration, again and add openjdk to my JAVA_HOME.
Well, when I add PENTAHO_JAVA_HOME=D:\openjdk-11.0.2_windows-x64_bin\jdk-11.0.2 to set-pentaho-env.bat
I crash into this error: There isn't a marketplace inside of pentaho DI..
It looks like to be an openjdk error. I don't know, why I added openjdk anymore...
What are you use at PENTAHO_JAVA_HOME?
It seems you are using Java 11, Pentaho works with Java 8, so you'll have to install it and point Java home to the correct library.
