YES! This is a useful feature when you are required to change the FQDN of an HCP cluster, for example, after a datacenter move or company name change. There are a few steps that must be undertaken. First, the replication link must be suspended. Once it is suspended, you can modify the link and rename the secondary system. You will then be required to generate and apply a new SSL certificate that reflects the new hostname. Once this step is complete, you should be able to resume the link after which a short re-sync will take place.
