Hi all,

We have a HUS110 SAN which recently had a failed disk. We replaced this disk which was purchased (new) off a 3rd party company and inserted it into the tray. The disk is showing as detached with the following events in the logs:

05/11/2018 07:16:32 00 I6HR00 LU has been expanded(LU-0090)

05/03/2018 12:21:10 00 W09AZZ HDU alarm(Unit-01,HDU-02,Type-Unknown)                                                :HDU   /STRC

05/03/2018 12:21:10 00 I6G400 The I/F type of the inserted HDU is different from the removed HDU(Unit-01,HDU-02)    :HDU   /STRC

05/03/2018 11:54:40 00 W09AZZ HDU alarm(Unit-01,HDU-02,Type-Unknown)                                                :HDU   /STRC

05/03/2018 11:54:40 00 I6G400 The I/F type of the inserted HDU is different from the removed HDU(Unit-01,HDU-02)    :HDU   /STRC

05/03/2018 11:54:08 00 W09AZZ HDU alarm(Unit-01,HDU-02,Type-Unknown)                                                :HDU   /STRC

Has anyone else experienced this? The part numbers of the original and replacement disk match but I read somewhere that if the disk firmware doesn't match this can cause issues?

Thanks in advance,

Adam
