One of the options we considered is powering off the DR 9980V and shipping it to the new DC. The new DC is about 10 miles away from the old one and we should have it powered on within 48 hours.
Here's the question :-
If we shutdown the DR 9980V gracefully the pairs should go to PSUS.
When we bring it back up at the new DR DC we should be able to do a resync.
I have read somewhere that if the track bitmap is more than 50% dirty it is as good as a initial copy.
So should we be deleting the pairs and recreating the TC or just hold our breath and resync
