I want some hosts to access an AMS500 through two controllers (0 and 1) but using only one HBA per host in order to maximize performance, each controller is going to own some LUNs that are located on different RG, for instance a host will access LUNs 0, 1, 2 and 3 in the following way: Controller 0 will manage LUNs 0 and 1 on RG 0 and Controller 1 will manage LUNs 2 and 3 on RG 1. I want five hosts accessing that way to the same AMS500. Is it a recommended configuration? Does it have a hidden trade off??

Thanks in advance.
