The used HSD numbers are as follows 01,02,03,05,06,07 (as an example), so HSD 04 is 'free'
You create a new HSD. The HSD number it is initially set to XX. Set the Host Mode to 09 (Solaris), and then 'Apply' the changes.
When complete, the HSD number will have been assigned to 04 (as that is the first free HSD), but the Host Mode has reverted to 00 Standard!
This does not occur if there are no 'holes' in the range of used HSDs.
