Settings for "Salesforce input" step: Salesforce Webservice URL?

Hi community,

I'm on a Salesforce trial (and I'm totally new to Salesforce), in PDI 8.2, I tried to use the "Salesforce input" step. By default, it suggests this webservice URL: https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/41.0

As login credentials, I'm using my regular credentials when logging into the frontend. However, I'm getting the error message below. When I use wrong credentials, the error message is different, so I believe it's not an issue with the credentials. My "hunch" is that I'm missing settings in Salesforce, but I'm not sure where to start debugging.

Could someone help me out here?

Here's the full error message from PDI:
