I have a call open with HDS, but thought this might be one that someone else had fixed 'in house'.
We've been getting this since we installed HTSM (apart from one day, when it worked briefly with no apparent changes before or after). Currently on HTSM 6.0.0-00 and HTnM 6.0.0-02. (and the actual IP in the message is correct ...)
