Hi,
Working through the output of the Getstoragearray command on the HICommandCLI and I see:

capacityInGB=310,104
freeCapacityInGB=179,301
allocatedCapacityInGB=130,802
hihsmCapacityInGB=0
onDemandCapacityInGB=0

the current CLI guide (7.4.1) suggests that capacity in GB is a total of the other four values - which indeed it is - all good - but installed capacity in disks is only 203414Gb and we have no external storage attached to this array - where is the missing storage does it even exist? The cli guide says these valaues are just here for compatibility - should i be looking at alternate fields..
                                                                                  openTotalCapacity                                   325,168,182,144                                                         openAllocatedCapacity                                   137,156,640,640                                                         openFreeCapacity                                   188,011,541,504

so those match up..

We use DP pools on this machine - is this thin provisioning in action in the DP pool please?

Thanks
Mark.
