With limited groups and projects, it's not clear how this feature could be used in a productive way within The Community.
Unfortunately, tasks are only implemented for global account groups as an additional way for the external teams to communicate with HDS and vice-versa. The reason the task option still appears is a UI issue - there's no way for us to selectively show it only in those global account groups. We realize this is a little confusing right now, so bear with us while we decide how to handle tasks/projects for the larger community.
Thanks. I did create a task for myself and it dutifully nagged me until I completed it. It wasn't clear how this would help The Community, ergo my question.
