My portal account for some reason can not access the KB system. Portal team is saying that I'm a VAR GEN (not sure what this means) and that I'm not supposed to be able to access the KB's. I work for a partner that is certified for installs so this is a little strange. We have a SMS, and a demo unit AMS. Any idea who I should talk to about getting this cleared up? Its been two weeks and the portal team hasn't been very helpful in explaining what/who I need to talk to.
