I have been using Windows XP for what feels like decades. Would love to work on a Mac, I think? Do anyone out there have any experience on going from PC to Mac at work? Is MS Office truly compatible on both platforms?
Yes..... MS office is compatible and outlook works as expected. OSX is way advanced simple and powerful than windows and once u switch from windows to OSX u will never wanna switch back.....check out Pages, Numbers and Keynote which are MS office equivalents on OSX and also integrated with iCloud.....
William Hamilton just recently did this at our work. William, any thoughts?
No issues at all. With the exception of Visio and Project.
Have been on OSX for the last 6 years across 2 different organisations which were running predominately Windows environments. Used to have little niggling issues from time to time in the earlier days, but its much closer these days with the equivalent native windows offering.
Didnt miss Windows at all.
I like time machine...... It saved me a lot of times.....
I just saw this YouTube video from 1983 where Steve Jobs is talking about the Macintosh, the computer for the rest of us. It's amazing to see how far we've come.
I miss the "one more thing". Post Steve the presentations seems to be dull. Really miss his style of presentation. Some of my fav are
