Can HNAS replication be throttled?

We have two HNAS installations - one in one city and another in a different city and they are connected over MPLS network. The MPLS is limited to 100Mbps.

We use HNAS object replication to replicate file systems from one site to the other. We are seeing packet loss on our network and it looks like our primary HNAS is pushing data into our core switches too fast. We are seeing the telco's MPLS router dropping packets as we think it isn't able to handle what HNAS is pushing.

We cannot find a control to implement throttling on the SMU GUI. Is there a way to do this maybe with CLI?

Thanks in advance...
