Hi all,

Tried to add a HUS110 to my current Command Suite 7 / Tuning manager / SNM2 environment. After setting up the instance by using command "jpcinssetup",  when I started its service, it gave below error :

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>jpcstart agtd inst=DS1HUS110_xxxxxxxx
KAVE06007-I The service will now start. (service=Agent Store for RAID, inst=DS1HUS110_xxxxxxxx)
KAVE05091-E An internal command cannot be executed. ("C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools\jpcctrl" confirm DS?DS1HUS110_xxxxxxxx[*])

KAVE05092-E An error occurred so command execution was terminated. (rc=1)

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>

Checking its service running status :

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>jpcctrl list *

KAVE06003-I List processing of the service information terminated normally.

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>

Both the new instance's 'Agent Store' and 'Agent Collector' are 'Inactive'. Trying to undo / clean the failing instance by using command 'jpcinsunsetup', it gave below error :

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>jpcinsunsetup agtd -inst HUS110_xxxxxxxx
KAVE05091-E An internal command cannot be executed. ("C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools\jpcctrl" confirm "DA1HUS110_xxxxxxxx[lhost]" -nolog)
KAVE05092-E An error occurred so command execution was terminated. (rc=1)
KAVE05085-E The instance environment could not be deleted. (servicekey=RAID, inst=HUS110_xxxxxxxx)

C:\Program Files\HiCommand\TuningManager\jp1pc\tools>

My question is:

Is there a grace way / process to undo / clean the failed instance? Any advice is welcomed!
