Hello HNAS lovers!

I have conducted some NFS-related experiments on my HNAS. Copying and listing large number of very small files to be more specific. The whole data-set is about 1GB big with around 230K files in 110K sub-directories.
This is what I see from nfs-perf when writing those files to NFS share:

WRITE3      ( 7):
  Local Access:
  -------------
  (Elapsed time)
  Samples=  231735  Total=   32.65 s  Min=67.07 us  Av=140.8 us  Max=299.5 ms
  Last reset 16.59 min ago

CREATE3     ( 8):
  Local Access:
  -------------
  (Elapsed time)
  Samples=  231331  Total=    39.4 s  Min=83.84 us  Av=170.2 us  Max=100.7 ms
  Last reset 16.59 min ago

MKDIR3      ( 9):
  Local Access:
  -------------
  (Elapsed time)
  Samples=  116988  Total=   22.39 s  Min=91.65 us  Av=191.2 us  Max=99.57 ms
  Last reset 16.59 min ago

SETATTR3    ( 2):
  Local Access:
  -------------
  (Elapsed time)
  Samples= 1393276  Total= 2.602 min  Min=41.34 us  Av=112 us  Max=265.2 ms
  Last reset 16.59 min ago

Do I understand correctly that these are times spent by HNAS to complete NFS v3 specific RPC? Like creating a file on NFS (CREATE) lasts about 170 microseconds on HNAS in average.
What comprises those numbers - NVRAM latency, SD latency, CPU cycles, other delays?
I am very curious. Please feel free to share your thoughts and your numbers if You like
