DP pools is raid5 and one disk is failed ,replaced it.and then another disk display error but not red led in disk.
when I view the reconstruction is 0% and regression status.How can I do?
Maintenance actions like this are not performed by customers. These are actions that are performed by a CE or authorized service provider. Please open a case with support, and the appropriate actions will be taken.
How did you replace the original failed drive? The procedure is not simple as pulling out the bad drive and inserting a good one. The array is programmed to automatically spare out a failed drive to a standby drive. It sounds like there is no standby drive available. If this is the case, you will have to appoint a free drive (in another slot) as a Spare. Once this is done, the array will begin the repairing process.
I have 8 spare disk in AMS2500 and status is standby. when I have replaced the failed disk . the new good disk that I inserted status is standby.

Have you already clicked Refresh Information and SNM2 still shows 0%?
Are the spares and failed drive of the same drive type?
Finally, can you please post a screenshot of Settings > Driver Recovery?
Restruction still 0% after refresh the information.
The spare disks is same type.

The first disk needs to finish reconstructing. I'd suggest you log a support call.
