Hi Hidayat,
Yes, this is possible. File Replication operates with files/directories so it doesn't matter if the source and target FS are on the same storage pool on 1 HNAS server, two different storage pools on 1 HNAS server, or two different storage pools on 2 HNAS servers.

Hi Dang Luong,
Thanks for your advise, actually my team want to migrate data from 1 pool to aonother 1 pool, or 1 file system to another 1 file system,
first we tried to copy a virtual volume using File Replication, but the duration quite long,
its takes 8 hours to replicate folder 2 TB , but our customers data about 200 TB,
how about using object replication ? more faster to replicate 1 file system ?
Thanks
HIdayat
File replication uses NDMP.
Its performance depends of many factors like the number of files and number of directories.
As your source is a VVOL, you should be able to find quickly the number of files.
If you want to improve the performance, you can take a took a this document:
then search chapter "Configuring NDMP performance options".
Swapping to Oject replication will not improve the initial copy. Object replication is very good for the incremental copy.
last but not least: Object replication will replicate the whole content of your source FS to another FS.. you can't specify a VVOL as a source and target.
